The ALFA 500 (Automatic Line for Flat and Angle) is a complete processing system for punching and shearing of flat bar and angle iron.

Fagor Windows-based CNC Control Easy programming using Windows-based Fagor 8070 Controller with GEKA-Pro software All machine functions are controlled by the CNC Controller Programs stored in database for easy re-call. Optional GEKA software to allow importing of various file types such as DXF, DSTV, and others; and nesting for optimizing production, weight stock and purchasing management reports, graphic display, and program generation

Feeding System Material is pushed in the X axis by a rack and pinion with a DC motor. Material is indexed against fixed rollers by pneumatically activated side rollers for accurate movement of the material. Maximum feed rate of 900" per minute Positioning tolerance of +/- .006 per foot, non cumulative
