| Angle Bending
Attachment |
| Angles can be
rolled by adding a set of collars to the bar bending attachment. With this
equipment, angles can be rolled leg-in and leg-out, by tack-welding two angle bars
together to form a "T". |

| Bar Bending
Attachment |
| Permanently
mounted inboard of the drop end and not requiring removal for general rolling of plate,
this attachment provides a large capacity range in flat bar on flat, flat bar on edge, and
square bar. |

| Digital Readouts |
| Electronic digital
readouts can be supplied in place of the standard dial indicators to show position of the
lower rolls at the motor frame. The digital readouts are placed in the portable
control console. |

| Extended Digital
Readouts |
| The machines can
also be equipped with double digital readouts showing the positions of each end of each
lower roll. With this equipment, the positions of the rolls are easily read from
four digital readouts placed in the portable control console. |

| Overhead and Side
Supports |
| Ps Rolls can be
equipped with an adjustable, electro-mechanical Overhead Support and with adjustable,
hydraulic Side Support(s). These are used to support the material being rolled and reduce
the possibility of deformation. A Side Support can be added at either or both sides
of the machine and is operated from a control panel on the drop end frame. |

| Ps/R-CNC Control
System |
| All Ps Rolls can
be equipped with ROUNDO Ps/R-CNC system. This 3-axes CNC-system controls the
positioning of each lower roll and the rotation of the rolls by micro-computer control.
It is especially suited and desirable for the rolling of different radii in the
same plate and also for repetitive rolling of cylinders. |
