working environment.A safe and stable
design
We offer 7 standard sizes, for loads from 2,250 lbs. to 78,700 lbs. The frame has
the best possible configuration for rotating and tilting. Motor, transmissions,
hydraulic components, and control system are built-in and very well protected. The
tables have radial T-slots, allowing quick-clamping of the workpieces. If you work
with pieces which have large turning or tilting torque the positioner can be fixed to the
floor or equipped with a special frame.
Comfortable positioning
From the portable push button control console you can steplessly lift and tilt even the
most difficult workpieces to the best position. Lifting, lowering, and tilting are
done hydraulically. For safety, the positioner is equipped with a valve which holds
the table in it's position, even if you experience difficulties with the power supply or a
break in a hydraulic line.
Variable speed of rotation
The rotation of the table is easily adjustable on the portable control console. The
speed of rotation is infinitely variable, but once chosen it remains very constant,
independent of the load on the table. On models LM-1000 through LM-12000, the
rotation is done by mechanical transmission and electronic control. On models
LH-20000 and LH-35000, the rotation is hydraulic and the control is electro-hydraulic. |
