We have installed a ROUNDO Model PRH 500/10 roller leveller at a new facility in Birmingham. This machine has the capacity to level 10’ x 1-1/2" thick A-36 steel, fed from flat plate or from coils. The machine features 7 levelling rolls, each with its own drive unit. In addition, the machine has a pair of infeeding pinch rolls to feed the plate into the levelling rolls. This huge machine, weighing over 110 tons, was shipped completely assembled to the customer’s facility. It joins another Roundo leveller at that facility with a capacity of 10’ x ½" plate.
