COMEQ introduces the ALPS 150 to it's popular line of GEKA machinery! This
machine is ideally suited for fabricators of communication towers as well as many other
types of structural steel fabricators requiring high production of angle iron, channel,
and flat bar. This patented and proven design is already established in Europe and
Mexico with many machines in operation. Model ALPS 150 (Automatic Line Punching and Shearing) is a complete processing
system for punching, marking, and cutting angle iron, channel, and flat bar sections.
Capacities up to 6" x 6" x 1/2" for angle iron, channel up to
4", and flat bar up to 6".
The ALPS 150 comes complete with the following:
* Integrated Marking Unit with 5 positions and 10 characters.
* 2 Independent Punch Heads (each head has 3 punches)
* Universal Shearing Head for shearing angle, channel, and flats.
* Simple programming with the Windows-based Fagor CNC Controller (compatible with any
structural design software).
* Modem for direct factory link to technical support.
* Network card to interface with your company LAN.
Optionally, the ALPS 150 can be completely automated to include
attachments for material loading, unloading, and sorting. |
