COMEQ Introduces the GEKA ALFA 500

Eliminate detail and automate the punching and shearing of all
your base plates, connection plates, and clip angles with the
GEKA ALFA 500 (Automatic Line for Flat and Angle) processing machine. No other manufacturer offers a machine to do both flats and angles in one automated system at a fantastic price!

Designed primarily for the pre-fabricated building industry, structural fabricators, miscellaneous fabricators, and steel supply warehouses, the ALFA 500 is the solution for any company that could benefit from automatic feeding, punching, and shearing of flats and angle iron. The patent pending design of the ALFA 500 is what sets it apart from other machines for similar applications.

Capacities of plate up to 20" wide by 3/4" thick and angle iron from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" to 6" x 6" x 1/2" (90° angle). Vertical Punching capacity is 55 tons (1-1/4" maximum diameter) for the vertical leg of angles. Horizontal Punching capacity (triple punch head) is 120 tons (1-1/4" maximum diameter) for the center horizontal punch and 80 tons each on the two lateral horizontal punches. Optionally, the ALFA 500 can be equipped to shear up to 5" channel. The ALFA 500 is totally controlled by a Windows-based Fagor CNC Controller with Geka Pro software.
