FLEXO 4 series offers 4 lines of 4-Roll plate rolling machines:
The FX4.1 SERIES of MECHANICAL 4-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES with complete double pre-bending and frontal release.
The top roll is fixed, while the side and bottom rolls have upward and downward travel. The pinching of the plate is extremely easy, since once the plate has been inserted between the top and bottom rolls, the bottom roll rises to clamp it.
The top and bottom rolls are rotated by a self-braking motor coupled to a reduction unit. One very interesting option is the installation of an INVERTER, to achieve a variable rotational speed control of the rolls. This option allows to reduce the speed in the early rolling stages, for better control and results, and also for time savings when processing large diameters.
The FX4.2 SERIES of MECHANICAL 4-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES with complete double pre-bending and frontal release.
The top roll is fixed, while the side and bottom rolls have upward and downward travel. The second pre-bending takes place through the translation of the side rolls, which are mounted on steel flanges and bearings as standard, for maximum reliability and absolutely straight movement.

The FX4.3 SERIES of MECHANICAL 4-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES with complete double pre-bending and frontal release.
These machines are accurate, easy-to-use, and fast. They perform the double pre-bending without requiring plate extraction and turning.
The plate is pinched between the upper and lower rolls, both with driven rotation. The side rolls, with independent raise and lower motion, perform the required bending during rolling.
The machines are standard equipped with a number of devices that guarantee maximum operative flexibility.
The entire range can be equipped with CNC and other optional accessories, becoming an efficient plate rolling system with extremely short cycle times.
Roll rotation is assured by two planetary gearboxes that guarantee superior drive torque.
The FX4A SERIES of 4-roll plate rolling machines with complete double pre-bending, suitable for medium-high production rates.
This machines are able to produce circular, rectangular and oval tubular sections.
